BRAND AMBASSADOR TERMS
This section outlines the terms and conditions governing the Brand Ambassador Program ("Program") for Cello Swim. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.
To be eligible for the Program, you must meet any criteria set forth by Cello Swim and register through our brand ambassador portal.
As a Brand Ambassador, you may be required to make public social media posts promoting Cello Swim products, as specified in your agreement. These posts must remain online for the agreed duration.
Brand Ambassadors may receive free or discounted merchandise at the sole discretion of Cello Swim. Receipt of these items is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and other conditions as determined by Cello Swim.
Failure to meet agreed promotional requirements may result in the Brand Ambassador being charged the full retail price of any goods received, plus additional penalties as outlined in their agreement.
All social media posts must properly attribute or tag Cello Swim and may be used by Cello Swim for promotional purposes without additional consent or compensation.
Cello Swim reserves the right to terminate participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, including failure to comply with these terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States.
