SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times for orders are typically between one and three weeks. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We use various global carriers for shipping your orders. You may select your preferred available shipping method at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

Cello Swim is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend retaining all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection by the carrier. We do not provide refunds or replacements for items damaged or lost during shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship only to countries outside the United States that are specified on our website.
